We specialize in the production of hi-tech products and the technologies we employ include: metal and plastics processing – cnc milling, cnc turning, and grinding, wood processing – wood sealing, cnc milling and wood grinding, wood varnishing, galvanization – hard gilding and nickel plating, varnishing, industrial electronics and software.

The company operates at four different locations:

• Production plant no. 1 (metal processing – cnc milling, turning, grinding, locksmithing – Zagreb, Croatia
• Production plant no. 2 (metal processing – cnc milling, cnc turning, grinding, assemblage) – Laktaši, Bosina and Herzegovina
• Production plant no. 3 (galvanization – hard gilding and nickel plating, wood processing – cnc milling and wood grinding, wood sealing, wood varnishing) – Laktaši, Bosnia and Herzegovina

Our development strategy is focused on business organization - an area of our expertise.

The crown of our achievements in this field is the business organization system supported by our own ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) system VPM (Virtual Production Management).

VPM (Virtual Production Management) is a project in which we have invested years of development and thousands of work hours. The test and development version has been in use for a year now and we plan to offer the first market version to the world's most developed related companies. by early. The beginning of the marketing campaign on the global market is planned for the year 2008.

This system gives us vital competitive advantage due to: maximum automatization of operative organization processes, complete business surveillance in past time as well as in real time, in cost control and in drastic reduction of administration.

Our business is completely oriented toward export since 1995 when we started using cnc technology for precise machine parts manufacture for customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Nowadays, products form our King Roulettes production program assortment (components, technology and games of luck devices) are sold worldwide – form Taiwan to Canada.

In the last few years our products were mostly reserved for the needs of our production program, but since recently we offer cooperation in the field of medium series production of machine parts, sub-assemblies and assemblies.
