Wood varnishing – metal varnishing

We have capacities for wood varnishing and metal varnishing.

We made no compromises while choosing equipment (for the varnishing facility) in order to meet rigorous demands in product manufacture required by our "King Roulettes" production program (automated roulette wheels, automated roulettes, automated roulette software).

The project of varnishing technology implementation lasted 12 months and has recently been successfully completed.

The capacities for wood and metal varnishing have been adopted to suit a continual production of the most demanding products which are part of the production program, in medium-sized series.

The capacities of wood and metal varnishing are adopted to extremely high requirements set by our "King Roulettes" production program (automated roulette wheels, automated roulettes and automated roulette software) within which we produce automated roulette wheels, something we have wholly accomplished only after the successful implementation of this technology in our own production.

A direct monitoring of this production technology is one of the preconditions for achieving stability in meeting deadlines and achieving high quality standards in our "King Roulettes" production program (automated roulette wheels, automated roulettes and software for automated roulettes).

By starting the production facilities for wood and metal varnishing, a part of the facilities was occupied due to the needs of our "King Roulettes" production program (automated roulette wheels, automated roulettes, and automated roulette software), while another (the free facilities) are available on the market.
