06/06 Third new production plant opened in Bosnia and Herzegovina / integrated technologies: final wood processing and galvanization
 With the opening of the third production plant, our production successfully integrated the wood processing and galvanization technologies.
Wood processing
Integrated production technologies in this field are 6-axial cnc milling and large admeasurement wood grinding, wood sealing, and wood varnishing.
By meticulously selecting cutting-edge equipment we set the standards for meeting the highest requirements in the field of wood processing.
Galvanization
Our plant is the first in Bosnia and Herzegovina and among the first in the region to have the capacities for hard gilding and nickel-plating of large admeasurement units.
 Modern facilities and highly educated personnel enable us to meet the highest requirements in the field of galvanizacije as envisaged in the King Roulettes production program (automated roulette wheels, automated roulettes, and automated roulettes software).
We implemented these new production technologies in order to have direct control over all specific production technologies and thus achieve quality products and stability in meeting deadlines that our foreign customers will appreciate.
These changes have significantly improved our competitive advantage because we benefit form advantages inherent to our region (lowest production costs) and avoid disadvantages (cooperative instability in quality and in meeting deadlines).
This makes our prices more acceptable than those of companies in most industrially developed countries, while at the same time, very few companies from our region offer the same stability in quality and in meeting deadlines.
With existing production technologies: cnc metal and plastics processing, industrial electronics in addition to production of machine parts and sub-assemblies, we can now offer a range of complete assemblies and hi-tech units to meet any need our customers may have.
