09/06 New production capacities opened for individual market needs
 In the last three years, all our production capacities (metal and plastics processing, galvanization – hard gilding and nickel plating, wood processing, industrial electronics and software were reserved exclusively for our King Roulettes production program (automated roulette wheels, automated roulettes, and automated roulette software). Due to a recent increase in production capacities, for the first time in the last three years, a part of our production capacities is available on the free market.
Between 1995 and 2003 our field of interest was precision technology – the production of machine parts and assemblies for our customers in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria, using the cnc processing technology (cnc milling, turning, grinding, and assemblage).
 The last three years have been an additional training period for our company beause the standards set by our King Rouelttes production program (automated roulette wheels, automated roulettes) are extremely high.
In order to meet such high quality standards while at the same time maintaining a stability in delivery deadlines, we were forced to implement new production technologies: galvanization – hard gilding and nickel plating, wood products manufacturing – vacuum drying, cutting, planing, sealing, cnc processing, varnishing as a result of an increase in sales.
Unlike a few years ago, nowadays our market offer takes one step further by offering not only machine parts but complete sub-assemblies, assemblies and hi-tech units without depending on the unstable supply sector of specific services, and at same time having the lowest production costs in the region.
Field of interest – the field in which we show our competitive advantage:
- Manufacture: machine parts, sub-assemblies, assemblies and complete units.
- Specific technologies: cnc wood and metal processing, surface protection and industrial electronics.
- Production types: medium serial production – production programs – constant repetition of series
We see the following months as an excellent opportunity for the establishment of long-term and mutually cost-effective business collaborations with new partners.
