Galvanization – hard gilding and nickel plating

Galvanization plant is equipped for hard gilding and nickel plating of work dimensions 600 mm x 120 mm x 600 mm which is not available anywhere else in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Until we implemented the new technologies (galvanization – hard gilding and nickel plating), for a long time one of our biggest problems was how to achieve high quality level in galvanization (gilding and nickel plating), as required by our production program King Roulettes (automated roulette wheels, automated roulettes, and automated roulette software).

Since there is no galvanization for gilding parts of such proportions in our country, we were forced to perform galvanization (gilding and nickel plating) abroad.

Although we collaborated with best companies in this field within the region, we often had problems with defects, stains and rising of surface protection layer.

In fact, these companies simply weren’t used to the quality level of gilding and nickel plating as required by our King Roulettes production program (automated roulette wheels, automated roulettes and automated roulette software).

Apart form that, hard gilding technology was not available neither in the country nor in the region because of which scuffing resistance of gilded parts was very low.

By investing in modern facilities and employing highly educated personnel, within a year we completely mastered this technology and put into operation our galvanization (hard gilding and nickel plating).

Nowadays we have direct control over this segment of production (galvanization – hard gilding and nickel plating), which made a positive impact on stability in quality and meeting deadlines.

Apart form working on our production program King Roulettes (automated roulette wheels, automated roulettes and automated roulette software) our galvanization (hard gilding and nickel plating) has substantial free capacities, which are from recently available in the market.
